By week six of the Couch to 5k program I find myself actually wanting to run, and enjoying every workout, which is something that I never thought would happen.
Zombies Run 5k is a fun twist on the original Couch to 5k app, getting you from couch potato to 5k runner in eight weeks, and all during a Zombie Apocalypse themed story.
Weeks 4 & 5 of my Couch to 5k training saw a lot of ups and downs, with a 5k Colour Run thrown in for good measure.

After reading about the Couch to 5k program, and how it was designed to get people who couldn’t run at all, running 5k in 9 weeks, I decided to give it a try.
The Couch to 5k program is designed to get anyone off the couch, and running 5k or for 30 minutes in 9 weeks. Developed by a novice runner called Josh Clark, the program was aimed at absolute beginners, and involves 3 runs per week with rest days in between.
